How Old Are You?

How old are you? Now, more importantly, how old does your body think you are? This is your biological age. Have you ever meet a 50 year old person who looks 30? How about a 30 year old who looks 50? What is aging and how can we get the most out of this inevitable part of life?
Aging is more than wrinkles and sagging skin (and body parts). Aging is a natural process that is to be embraced, but not accelerated. As we age we learn more about who we are and how we fit into the world, our minds become wiser and our bodies change. For some people, aging brings with it aches and pains, fatigue, decreased energy and motivation, not to mention diseases such as diabetes and heart conditions. This is not normal. These conditions are a result of lifestyle, diet, genetics, emotions and stress.
If you want to turn back the clock, here’s a few tips; be true to yourself and follow your path in life. Practice stress relieving habits. Choose wisely which foods and drinks you put into your body. Steer clear of processed and refined foods and sugars. Move your body- get your blood flowing and delivering oxygen and nutrients to your brain and your body. Get rid of excess body fat and increase your muscle tone.
Not sure how to do all or some of these or want more detailed information on how to decrease your biological age and feel more energetic? Seek Natural Help to determine your biological age, body fat and muscle composition, using specialised equipment, and identify any emotional blocks to achieving your health goals.
